Help Liz continue medical treatment and diagnosis

Hi, my name is Liz and I am hoping to raise funds for my chronic illness treatment and medical bills. I originally got sick in July of 2020 and it’s been a downhill slide ever since. I am still in progress of being diagnosed. My condition has declined substantially, I am no longer able to walk without assistance, no longer able to drive, significant cognitive disfunction, severe chronic pain and much more. As such I have not been able to work since March of this year. The medical bills keep piling up with no end in sight yet. We are struggling to keep up with the costs of continuing my diagnosis and treatments. My doctors want me to go to John Hopkins or Duke Hospital for further evaluation, but we cannot afford this due to insurance restrictions and travel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
