Those of you who have the pleasure to know Elizabeth Casterlin and Mark Buglio know how strong and dedicated these people are to animals. Growing up in Toms River, Liz developed her love and passion for animals as a young girl working at the Ocean County Pet Center, then Petco where I really got to know her. She has helped so many families with training and boarding their pets through her business J&R Kennel based out of her and Mark’s property in Manchester. On July 1, 2020, Liz and Mark quickly and tragically lost their house and many animals from a lightning strike that set a massive fire, destroying their forever home. Please help Liz and Mark raise funds to revive and rebuild their home. They have lost everything other than animals, and the clothes on their bodies.
