My name is Liv Cataldo and I'm one of the founders of Around the Well. For the last eight years, I've been working with a Baltimore-based real estate development company, but very soon that will be coming to an end. I've decided to step out and try to launch Around the Well full-time.

Around the Well is a ministry that focuses on spiritual health and formation, utilizing practices and tools to help us encounter the presence of God. As a trained spiritual director, worship leader, and Enneagram coach, with almost 20 years of experience in local church ministry, this has been a long-time dream of mine that finally feels ready to birth.

Over the last year, I've had the privilege of meeting with directees 1:1, leading worship and teaching at spiritually formative retreats, creating programs and cohorts utilizing the Enneagram to teach at local churches, and personally investing in deeper grief specialist work.

I've also crafted two programs that I'm hoping to launch early in 2025. One on Spiritual Formation through the lens of the Enneagram and the other a pilgrimage designed for grief work, with the hope of getting two more in the works by the end of 2025.

In order to do these things, we need some financial help to not only cover the start-up expenses associated but also cover my salary for the transition out of my current job into Around the Well full-time.

My heart is to create a safe refuge for those who are walking through faith crisis or deconstruction of their faith, those who are healing from spiritual abuse or church hurt, those who are grieving and learning how to live with grief as a companion, and for accessibility to dive deeper into spiritual health and formation.

My first goal financially is to cover the cost of launching these programs and to give me three months of protected time to go fully in on Around the Well and see what might happen.
