Help Shannon and her family during her unpaid time off work. 
Shannon is the most selfless person I know. She has agreed and has been cleared to be my husbands living donor. She will be giving him her Left kidney on July 9th, 2019. She is a one in a million and I want to do anything possible to help her and her family.

Unfortunately, Shannon will not be covered by any paid leave what so ever during her time off for both surgery & healing, she will actually be unemployed. Her husband is unfortunately not working right now due to being in a horrible motor cycle accident not long ago and still recovering from his latest surgery. They have 5 beautiful children and will need to survive financially until Shannon can heal back to full function and hopefully, head back to work. She is hopeful to obtain her job back after healing. 

Please help this family. It is unfortunate that living donors are not covered in some way, shape or form for their selfless act of giving someone else life!

From our family to you, please help! Without her, my husband would have to live life on a dyalisis machine every other day. We also have 5 children that need their dad.
