Hi everyone, my name is Olivia Dodds, I’m a 16-year-old footballer from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, and I’ve just received the incredible news that I’ve been invited to play Football (Soccer) in The Dallas Cup in 2026!

For those who may not know, the Dallas Cup is one of the most prestigious youth football tournaments in the world. Top clubs and academies from over 20 countries come to compete, and scouts from MLS, European clubs, college programs, and even national team staff are always in the stands.

This invitation is a huge honour and a dream come true. I need some help getting the money together as it is an amazing opportunity that comes with a price. The price to get me to Dallas is 7,500 dollars and I believe with all of your help, big or small you can help me achieve my dream to get to Dallas. I am working a full time job through the holidays and weekends during school. But it won’t be enough.

I’ve been working so hard to improve myself to prepare myself for an amazing opportunity like this. Football is my passion, and will continue to be for the rest of my life. Getting to test myself against the best players in the world at the Dallas Cup could open doors I’ve only dreamed about, such as college scholarships, pro contracts, maybe even representing my country one day.
