Sofia will walk!

Dear friends,
Today I am writing the most difficult post for me ....
Please accept my apology for such a long text.... I appreciate if you read it till the end.
Unfortunately, I reach that stage when from despair, I have to appeal for your help and share with you my story.
My husband and I were delighted when I share with him the news about my pregnancy.
On 12th January 2016, absolutely unexpectedly (long before due date) Sofia came to this world.
Our premature baby was born at the 29th week of pregnancy, weighing only 1 kg 170 g. Over two months Sofia has spent in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
The first two weeks after the birth, Sophia was doing well and appear to be an entirely healthy baby. But on 26 January doctor announce the terrible news – during the night baby had a major intraocular ventricular haemorrhage in the brain, which leads to a shocking diagnosis - infantile cerebral palsy.
At this point our life has been divided on prior and after.
At that time, we were refusing to believe that there is something wrong with our beautiful baby. We prayed for a miracle and kept hoping that everything would be fine. But the reality turned out to be very cruel.
In May 2016, another shock awaited for us. My husband was diagnosed with intestinal cancer at the stage when there are multiple metastases in the liver and lungs. Two months later, on 16 July 2016, he was gone.
Two weeks later after I’ve lost my husband, I found out that he has left me a Gift - it turned out that I was pregnant again and a few months later I gave birth to a lovely baby son.
In November same year, my daughters Sophia has been finally confirmed the diagnosis - cerebral palsy - tetraparesis (which means all four limbs do not work as it should) and epilepsy.
And so I was left alone with two little angels, one of whom needs your help!!!
I try all my best to heal my daughter Sofia. It been few times we attended specialised consultations and treatments. We underwent four courses of treatment in Kiev, including medication, massages, and speech therapy. We were on rehabilitation in Chisinau - there was a complex of rehabilitation: kinetotherapy, paraffin, massages, development of fine motor skills, magnetotherapy. The additional daily treatment that I do myself includes: massages, exercises, medical baths, etc.
Now Sofia is two and a half years old – she has learned to hold a head, gradually she began to crawl.
Despite the fragile physique, Sofia, as an indefatigable warrior daily fights with a terrible diagnosis - cerebral palsy and step by step moving towards her aim: the chance to lead a healthy life, have a happy childhood, where will be a school, an institute, where will be simple human happiness!
Doctors give us positive forecasts, but it requires continuous hard work. Now is the time to teach Sofia to sit, stand and walk. Therefore, my girl needs regular visits to specialists, treatments and rehabilitation in specialised centres.
Up till now, I have cope on my own, but, unfortunately, all my savings are depleted, and I forced to ask for help. I’m working and this is enough to support my little family, but require additional fund for Sofia's treatment. Unfortunately, I cannot handle it without additional support.
For the next six months I’ve managed to book a space in the following centres:
September - Bersenev Medical Center in Ukraine (Kiev)
October- Children's Rehabilitation Hospital in Moldova (Chisinau)
November - Intensive Care Center "Olinek" in Hungary (Budapest)
January 2019 - Bersenev Medical Center in Ukraine (Kiev)
February 2019 - Olinek Intensive Care Center in Poland (Krakow)
Each of the trips costs around 1 500 GBP – 2 500 GBP.
In addition Sofia needs orthoses, which cost 1 000 GBP.
Any little help means a lot and highly appreciated.
I very much hope for your understanding and your kind support!
I would be very grateful for every contribution, for any little help!!!
Friends, wizards, Sophia won’t stand up without your help…

Please feel free to share this post, for the distribution of this information further.
Thank you for your help!
