Help Little Raven Get Life-Saving Surgery

Hello friends and family. I'm fundraising for little Raven, one of Runas puppies, born April 15th, 2025.

It was her 8 week old health exam that my regular family vet thought she might hear a heart murmur in Raven, and asked if she could take Raven out of the room to get a second opinion from her colleague. She came back to tell me that her colleague agrees, and they think she had a grade 4 heart murmur, and recommended Raven see a cardiologist to help determine her options. Several weeks, an appointment with the specialist, and an ecocardiagram later, I find out that Raven may need surgery due to the severity of her heart murmur. The specialist referred her out to the veterinary teaching hospital at OSU with a diagnosis of pulmonary stenosis as a possible candidate for a procedure that's called ballooning.

OSU informed me that they would proceed with a physical including another echocardiogram, and that they would like to do a ct scan as well, to determine her level risk of ballooning surgery. All of which, including the surgery, they said, I can expect to pay 9k.

Raven has had her initial appointment with OSU to determine her candidacy, and they think she would be a good candidate for this procedure. They informed me that due to the severity of her heart murmur and how aggressivly it's progressing, if I do nothing, she has less than a year to live. They also informed me that she will probably be on medication to slow her heart rate for the rest of her life, but that if we attempt this surgery, and she makes it thru, she has a chance at some normalcy to her life. I have to give her that chance.
