When we first met Lilli, a tiny around one year old dog in China, she was weak, hungry, and completely neglected. She walked straight up to us, curled up in our laps, and looked at us with the most trusting eyes. From that moment, we knew we couldn’t turn our backs on her.

Sadly, in China it is almost impossible to find safe and loving homes for dogs like Lilli. If we hadn’t taken her with us that day, she would most likely have been beaten to death – a cruel fate that so many dogs here still suffer.

We want to give Lilli the chance she truly deserves: a safe journey to Germany, where she has a real opportunity to be adopted by a kind and responsible family. There, she will finally know love, safety, and the life every dog deserves.

The only thing standing in her way now are the transport costs to get her to Germany, which are at least 1.500€. She has been checked thoroughly by the vet and he said that her health allows her to fly such a long journey, despite having almost starved to death. The vet literally said she is a walking miracle with a extreme strong will to live and also wants her to have a good home in Germany.
