HELP LITTLE FIG GET A STOREFRONT

WE'RE GROWING!

After being in business for almost four years, we have our hearts set on growing! For those of you who have followed through the journey of Little Fig you've seen us:
-start out as a  simple pop-up
-move into our own commercial kitchen space for the first time
- buying our very first piece of equipment 
-hosting a number of events 
-making over 28,000 doughnuts in our second year as a small start up 
-getting recognition from a national brand (IE. VEG NEWS!!) still crying over that 
-thanksgiving & holiday orders 
- creating our first piece of history - OUR FRIED CHIKKIE- for last years vegan restaurant week
- extend our reach all over Baltimore to provide goodies and treats to you all
- The list can go on!

We are at a junction in our business where we need to make a decision, an exciting decision at that. 
We are at capacity with what we can produce currently, and want to go larger!



WE NEED TO GROW!

We have found a location to expand both our businesses, Little Fig Bake Shop and Plantry Goods under one roof. 
Our DREAM SPOT is in a neighborhood we absolutely love and have roots to as well. 
The wonderful Highlandtown! Hey  all you Canton and PP people! Finally we'll be in your hood!
In order to up our production and be able to finally settle in a space of our own to call home, we need to move from our current kitchen and build out our very own production kitchen. 




OUR VISION

The store is our goal. It is time, and we're ready to finally go for it!
We want to bring a place that Baltimore has never seen before.

Our plan for our retail portion is to bring our
DOUGHNUTS
FRIED CHIKKIE SAMMYS
and HAWT BISCUITS to y'all
on the daily.

Instead of driving all over town to grab them you can come straight to us! 
We also want to provide a GROCERY portion to our storefront, where you can get produce from highlighted Maryland Farmers, because those who grow together eat together.

PLANTRY will be taking a major role in our grocer section! Providing Family Meals to go, Soups, Dips, Spreads, and Prepped Meals to go as well as our line of Faux Meats, Cheeses, and Condiments.

On the production side, we plan on getting into retail this year with a few of our  PLANTRY products, so they will be available at a larger scale.

A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN GET EVERYTHING!



The world is changing and we have to change with it. 
Our store is not just for us, its for our community.
Baltimore has blessed us for four years .
As we continue down this road we want to build our business strong in values, cooperation, and love.

Some of the things we are passionate about moving forward are:


Inclusiveness- All are welcomed in our space. We promote kindness, respect, and understanding. No one should feel that they can't be who they are.  We are people. We stand together.

Composting and Recycling within the shop to work with other local businesses to show it can be done!

Teaching :  community lead cooking classes and workshops for children, parents, and those who want to venture more into plant based cooking, how to do it affordably at home, cooking on a budget. 

Sourcing- Highlighting Maryland Farmers in both our goodies and in our grocery section- maybe even a CSA pick up spot! 

 


WHAT WE NEED

The majority of the funds raised will be going to our kitchen buildout.

After frying out of pots for four years.. I think is time for an upgrade.
-A commercial Doughnut Fryer!
- 1 Stand Up Convection Oven
- Two 70-100# Deep Fryers
-2 Stand Up Refrigerators
- Prep Unit
-Bakers Tables
- 1 30qt Floor Mixer
- Two Hand sinks & 3 Compartment Sink

The rest will be going toward outfitting our retail storefront:

- Countertops and Bakery Counter
- Grab and Go Refrigeration Units
- Bakery Cases
- Electrical Work

Get a 8" signature cake off our list for your special occasion. 
Must have two weeks notice for orders. Valid once we open our doors!

$100- SWAG BAG
You'll receive one of our awesome shirts OR Vegan Vibes Doughnut Tote, a pack of our INFAMOUS chocolate chip cookies and a voucher for a free treat on us, once we open!

$500- WORKSHOP
Once it is safe to have our kitchen open, we will host a baking workshop for you and  six your friends curated to what you guys would like to make- DOUGHNUTS, PIZZA, BREAD- you'll choose your own adventure and with your friends by your side it will be a BLAST!  There will be plenty of food and even left over treats to take home. 

$1000-  CREATE A DOUGHNUT FOR A YEAR
you will be able to make your own doughnut and have it featured on our menu for one whole year. What person doesn't want there name on the menu? Walk in and order the
JOE- a meatball and cheese stuffed doughie with sauce and zest spices
or a
TIA- the most unicorn doughnut with GOLD sprinkles FUNFETTI FILLING.. whatever your heart desires. One year you'll be on our menu and have a plaque in our shop!
