On behalf of Cat Supporters South Wales we are now launching a fundraiser for Clawdia.
She is approximately 10-12 weeks old and 7 weeks ago was found in a hedge completely paralyzed.
7 weeks later she is still unable to walk or use her legs. She is unable to stand for her self and she is unable to go to the toilet by herself.
Initially it was thought this was due to a fractured pelvis however we are now worried there could be nerve damage.
In an ideal world she needs a CT scan, a neurologist consultation and lots and lots of physio but sadly this all costs money that we simply do not have.
I am trying my best with physio exercises and my general nursing knowledge but without knowing the cause this could all be of little point to her.
From her belly up she is a typical kitten. Very affectionate, and loves to play. Its heart breaking that she has ended up this way which is why we desperately want to give her the best chance.
We are sorry for asking again for financial help but in all honesty without the generosity of others we simply couldn’t make a difference.
We need to be able to raise money to be able to at least afford a neurologist appointment and a physio session.
Physio is looking at around £80 per session, a neurologist around £500 and a CT scan will be thousands.
If you have made it this far and are willing to donate anything at all we would be extremely grateful.
Below is the link to our paypal account, however we do have other ways of donating if you don't have paypal.
If you are unable to donate then please share for us to reach a wider audience,
Thankyou in advance and please keep your fingers and toes crossed for a good outcome for this little one.
