Around the Fall of 2019 Lito Martinez Sr. were experiencing health concerns and got medical attention, but the doctors ruled out cancer. A few months later, his health showed no sign of improvement and symptoms were getting worse. On March of 2021, Lito was diagnosed with Stage 4 Renal Cell Carcinoma (Kidney Cancer), which has spread to his right lung.

As a result of this unfortunate event, Lito has to undergo extensive medical treatments, such as chemotherapy and radiation.

We created this page to help Lito fight this cancer and ease any financial burdens that come along with it. The proceeds will help with medical expenses, co-pays, and unexpected expenses that may occur along the way.

Lito Martinez is one of the strongest, and most selfless person we know. He is willing to help anyone that’s in need of it. He worked with the Santa Maria Public Transit Service for over 15 years as a bus driver and tried to brighten up everyone’s day any chance he gets. Lito is the last person to ever ask for help as his pride would not let him. But this cancer has cause him to reach out to anybody willing to help.
