Lissy is my wonderful fur baby. She has contracted some sort of extreme bacterial infection that is filling her chest cavity with fluid.

the diagnosis is icu care with a chest tube to clear her lungs for several days along with IV Antibiotics. The emergency vet feels there’s a reasonable chance she could get through this if she can hold on the next few days. It should not cause chronic damage.

Lissy is my fur baby and chief cuddler. I am going to do this whether I can afford it or not. I really can’t afford it though, so if you could help, I would be more grateful than I can say.
