Hello, my name is Lissett. LOL I'm an Eccentric Feline Lady~ transgender woman, and I have been on my medical transition journey for the past 15 years. Ever since I was a young child growing up in the 1980s, I knew deep down that I wasn’t a boy, even though I didn’t yet have the words to understand what it meant to be transgender. I officially began my transition in my early 20s, dedication myself to healing from gender dysphoria and living authentically.

In December 2024, I underwent gender reassignment surgery. It was truly the happiest day of my life! Unfortunately, as can sometimes happen with complex medical procedures, I experienced complications. I now require a vaginoplasty revision to achieve a safe and successful outcome.

Recently, I was devastated to learn that my health insurance will not cover this revision surgery. Feeling completely defeated but determined to heal, I am turning to the kindness of my community and those who feel compelled to help.

Where the Funds Will Go

While I am still finalizing the exact costs for my surgical preparations, my research shows that the procedure will cost at least $20,000 on the lower end. I promise to keep everyone updated with transparent breakdowns as I receive official financial details from my medical team.
