HELP ME SAVE CATS IN NEED!
Greetings, Friends and Cat Lovers! My name is Lisi, and I have been caring for cats for over 10 years. I started helping feral cats in Michigan, and when I moved to Orlando, FL in 2007, I helped with trapping feral cats in Central Florida. There is an overpopulation of feral and outdoor cats due to the weather and a lack of education. One cat can breed up to 36 kittens in one year alone, so it is important to bring community awareness about the importance of Spay & Neuter. One of my feral cat colonies got into a fight with a large animal, perhaps a raccoon, and the injuries are severe. For 2 weeks, Oreo has been suffering with an open wound that was infected, and just recently, I was able to trap him and Blue, his female companion, because they both had bite wounds and scratches.
The vet said that Oreo was beaten up pretty bad when I managed to get them to a low-cost vet, so that Oreo could await surgery. I have NEVER asked anyone for help as I have spent thousands of dollars in the last 10 years feeding and paying for spay and neuter for feral cats. It's just something that I have done for many years on my own as a volunteer with Care Feline TNR, a non-profit that helps with low-cost spay & Neuter. At this time though, I am in need of financial help to pay the vet bills, pain Rx, and special food as they are very malnourished due to their injuries. Will you support me in my quest to remediate these cats back to health? They are senior cats and should not suffer any longer. Any amount would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank You...
