Help Lisette recover from Flesh-Eating Infection

My beautiful niece Lisette is a 25yr old happy and lively mother, hard working restaurant waiter and college student. Until Jan 25th 2021 she was diagnosed with Necrotizing fasciitis, a flesh-eating infection, that one in three people die from.  A rare but serious infection.

The infection began through a cut on her side and rapidly spread throughout her body. The bacteria damaged surrounding and underlying body tissue ate her muscle, skin and most life threatening entered her blood stream.

Doctors had to act extremely fast to stop the infection from further spreading  by emergency surgery removing damaged area. She is now in ICU Sutter Health Hospital Vallejo undergoing heavy medication to defeat infection in her blood and battling with severe pain. Lisette is expected to be hospitalized for at least a week.

Even those who do survive battle extreme odds. Lisette is at high risk of PTSD, chronic pain and fatigue, organ dysfunction (organs don’t work properly)

We are grateful for your donations that will be used towards costly expense of reconstructive surgery and financial burden through the recovery months ahead.
