Help Rocco to raise money to get Lisa walking

Hi I’m Sonia and this is my son Rocco who is 13 years old and our very good friend Lisa who is fighting

multiple sclerosis.

Lisa has been fighting her MS now for 21 years Lisa was 33 when she was diagnosed with relapsing remitting MS (RRMS) and it has now gone into secondary progressive MS. (SPMS)

Lisa has 3 children and 1 granddaughter and although we see her day to day struggles with MS Lisa is still trying very hard to take part in there day to day activities and lives as best she can.

unfortunately MS Has robbed her of her mobility to walk she now uses a mobility scooter and electric wheelchair at home. This horrible neurological condition has taken away Lisa’s everyday life and drastically effects that of her family including her partner Chris who is her full time carer.

Even though Lisa is faced with all of these battles daily you only have to see on her Facebook page Lisa MS diary of how hard she fights and how positive she still is, this is why Rocco wants to help her because he to sees her struggles with the family,

Rocco is passionate about football he plays in the EJA for Great wakering and a local team SWFU swifts he also is part of a Chelsea FAC and C1 coaching where he is training hard, Rocco is going to start with a half Marathon and then later in the year with some help from his running coach he will hopefully be ready to do the full marathon.

The half marathon will take place on Sunday 21st April he will run this in South Woodham with a small group and his running coach, Rocco only has 7 weeks to train but he is determined to help our friend.

Unfortunately lisa is not funded for any treatment or rehabilitation from the NHS this is why we have created this go fund me page and Rocco trying to raise enough money to help Lisa Walk again.

Please if you can donate it really dosent matter how small the amount is if you can’t donate then please can you share this page as much as you can to get the word out. We really appreciate any help at all.
