Hi! My name is Lisa-Jean Foley, and I’m a dedicated student-athlete from Raleigh, NC with a deep love for rugby. I currently play with the Raleigh Red Hawks Rugby Club, the NCYRU All-Star Team, and the USA South Panthers Academy. This year, I’ve been honored with incredible opportunities to play and train at a higher level—traveling to Salt Lake City, Utah and even Ireland—with more exciting opportunities ahead.

Rugby is more than just a sport for me—it's a way to grow as a leader, challenge myself, and represent girls and young women in a space where we’re still breaking barriers. As a female athlete, I’m proud to be part of a movement that is pushing for more visibility, support, and opportunity for women in sports.
