Along the coast of Ireland, old stories steeped in Irish folklore and mythology demand to be heard. Stories of selkies stripped of their skins, mermaids trapped beneath the surface, and creatures that do not forgive captivity.

WRECKED is the first book of a modern dark fantasy romantasy series (A Breaking & Crushng of Bone blending Irish folklore, gothic horror, paranormal romance, grief, survival, feminine rage, and the dangerous beauty of the sea.

Inspired by Celtic mythology and coastal legends, this indie dark fantasy series explores obsession, captivity, identity, and the monsters created by power and greed.

This campaign is helping bring that world to life independently, outside traditional publishing systems, so these stories can remain as haunting, strange, and uncompromising as they were meant to be.

I have spent years studying storytelling, folklore, and creative writing, earning both a BA in English with a concentration in creative writing and an MA in creative writing.

I wanted to create something darker and more emotionally raw than traditional fantasy. A world shaped by Irish folklore, stormy coastlines, feminine rage, grief, captivity, and survival.

Like many indie authors, I am building this independently so these stories can remain atmospheric and uncompromising. This campaign is helping fund editing, production, design, and direct-to-reader publishing efforts as I continue expanding the ABCB universe and future folklore-based stories.
