Help Lisa Rossignol & Family Rebuild After Unimaginable Loss

Hello, my name is Rici Hoyt, and I’m organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friend Lisa Rossignol, her partner Adam Henderson, and their young daughter Zoey — a family from Washburn, Maine facing a devastating chapter in their lives.

Lisa has endured years of suffering. After a work-related injury, complications from diabetes caused her leg wound to never heal properly. Last summer, her leg was amputated. Unfortunately, the surgery site never fully healed either — and Lisa has been in excruciating pain ever since.

Recently, while 31 weeks pregnant with a baby boy, Lisa was LifeFlighted to Bangor in critical condition due to a severe blood infection. Doctors fought to save her life. In that fight, Lisa tragically lost her second leg, and even more heartbreaking — their baby did not survive.

This small, loving family is now navigating an overwhelming mix of grief, trauma, and sudden life changes.

We’re raising funds to help them:

Make urgent medical renovations to their home so Lisa can return safely

Secure a storage unit for items they no longer have room for

Cover basic expenses like food, transportation, and time off work

Provide some stability for Zoey, their young daughter, who is also processing this loss
