Help Lisa Huff Secure a Safe Ride

Hi there. My name is Lisa Huff. I am hoping to raise money to purchase a vehicle. Here is my story.

I was not able to afford insurance on my 2019 Kia due to it being a high theft vehicle and I had it repossessed in December. My partner at the time purchased a 2010 Audi Q5 for me for $5000 to help me get back and forth to work. He put the car in his name.

I ended the relationship on May 4th which meant I would need to return the car to him. I offered to purchase the vehicle several times and stated that I would begin making payments once he created a contract for me. A contract was never made. My ex became very unstable one week after our breakup. He attempted suicide twice. Once by overdose. And the second time by shooting himself in the chest in front of me and a sheriff's deputy. He only spent 4 days in a mental hospital.

My former boyfriend has placed a tracking device in the car as well as stole my house key which I believe he had a duplicate key made before he returned it. I am in the process of obtaining a protection order from this man. He is very unstable.

I need assistance in purchasing another vehicle. I do not need anything fancy or new. Just something reliable that can get me to and from my job and one that will accommodate my dogs back and forth to walks and appointments. Any help is greatly appreciated.
