Hi, my name is Lisa Howe and I am fundraising to help Raise funds to go for desperate neurological rehabilitation at Ascot Neuro rehabilitation centre, Bagshot to give me the chance of walking and living an independent life again.

There are no NHS neurological rehabilitation centres close to us and none of the ones in London can take me.

I desperately needs expert Neuro physiotherapy and rehabilitation and there are no Neuro physiotherapist in our area that can help.

I have not been upstairs in my own home for over 3 months and i'm having to wash my hair under the kitchen tap with help. I cannot have a bath or shower as I can't get upstairs and local care homes are not allowing me to use their facilities due to covid.

I am mainly bed bound or using a frame for short distances and need a ramp fitted to get outside in my wheelchair. I ma having regular falls, due to my legs not working.

I have Bupa insurance but they are refusing to pay and the facility I desperately need is starting at £8,500 per week and I need at least 4 weeks treatment.

I am diagnosed with FND (Functional Neurological Disorder), Severer Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Hip dysplasia, dislocations of my right hip and multiple organ and system disorders. My aorta or a major artery could rupture at any moment, due to a bleeding disorder and the severity of my Ehlers- Danlos Syndrome (EDS)

This has taken a lot for me to ask for help but I am desperate and would really appreciate anything you could give to help.

Please help by giving anything you can afford and help give me the chance to walk and live an independent life again!
