The GREAT news is this: Yesterday, I was chosen as one of 3 finalists in a pitch contest to receive both an investment in and strategic help for my venture that helps women like me who are living with MS and other chronic illnesses! I've been scheduled to do my final pitch live in front of the Investor Panel in just under 2 weeks at the Master Brand Accelerator Conference in California the weekend of October 26th.
The BAD news is that this comes right on the heels of the expiration of a grant for one of my medications and recently hitting a "donut hole" in my insurance coverage that skyrocketed my out-of-pocket costs for medications that I need.
I can't get to the conference in California in 2 weeks to do my final pitch without help. I'm looking to raise $1,400 by October 23rd (in the next 10 days) to cover the costs of airfare and lodging.
I greatly appreciate your continuing support over the years to help me build this venture. Our efforts have really paid off so far and I'm asking for your help once again so I can take advantage of this amazing opportunity to continue our forward momentum.
