Help Lisa During Her Healing Journey
Donation protected
Our friend Lisa was diagnosed with liver cancer a few weeks ago. For those of you who know her, you know that she is the kindest human being. She is compassionate, loving, and unbelievably strong. She always puts her friends, family, and fur babies before herself.
Lisa underwent surgery on March 12th. They were able to remove a softball-sized cancerous tumor from her liver. Doctors are cautiously optimistic that they were able to get it all. They are still waiting on test results. Lisa remains in the hospital recovering from surgery at this time. Once discharged, she will then have 3 to 6 more weeks of recovery time at home.
Because of this, she has been unable to work and will likely not be able to return until the end of April. Lisa does not have leave time to cover her time away, and any Catastrophic Leave donations cannot begin until she has missed 30 days of work due to her diagnosis.
With her medical expenses and the everyday bills and necessities of life, the lack of income is putting a great burden and stress on Lisa.
So I’m reaching out to ask for some love and support for her. Anything you can donate will be truly appreciated. Everything we can do to help surround her with love is what is most important, so she can focus on recovering.
Please spread the word. If you’re unable to contribute financially, please send Lisa your prayers and healing energy. Thank you so much!
