Help Lisa Boyle-Chartier beat Cancer

Hello, my name is Stephen and I'm hoping to raise money to help my second mother, Lisa through her battle with mesothelioma!

 

Lisa has been in my life since the day I was born... she has been best friends with my mom since childhood so she's like a second mom to me. A lot of my childhood memories include Lisa's family and my family, always having fun and playing at each other's houses. These are the memories that will stick with me forever. So, when I heard about her having mesothelioma it broke my heart. I want to do whatever I can to make her life just a little bit easier. As we all know money can be a huge factor in the daily stresses of our lives and I believe she should have a bit of a break from those worries at least.

 

She'll be getting chemotherapy treatments and there is a long journey ahead of her, so I want to relieve some of her stresses while she's going through this hard time. She will be unable to work while getting treatment so any love and support will be greatly appreciated.

 

My goal is to support her in having her best quality of life, while going through these tragic times. I hope for this to help her to have the best quality, support, love and care she can possibly receive. Lisa is one of the kindest, most generous people as many of you who've been blessed to meet her may know.


Some depth into what Mesothelioma is:

Cancer that begins in the tissue mesothelium that lines the lungs, heart, stomach, and other organs. This causes painful cough, difficulty in breathing, chest pain, abdominal pain and weight loss.

Mesothelioma is an aggressive and deadly form of cancer. Mesothelioma treatments are available, but for many people with mesothelioma, a cure isn't possible

Mesothelioma is a very rare condition and there's only about 20,000 cases a year.
