Our family is heartbroken to share that Lisa Bauer (aka Granny) passed away after a sudden and aggressive battle with cancer. It all happened so fast — just weeks ago she was home on hospice care surrounded by her children, and now she’s gone.

Her kids, Hillary and Katie have been by her side every step of the way, caring for her around the clock and putting their lives and work on hold to make sure she wasn’t alone in her final days.

Now, they’re left grieving this devastating loss while facing the reality of funeral and cremation costs, everyday bills, and no life insurance to help cover expenses. The cremation alone is $1,800, and with no income for over a month, the financial stress is becoming overwhelming.

I’m creating this fundraiser because they shouldn’t have to face this burden alone. They’ve given everything to care for their mom, and now they deserve a little help and peace as they grieve.
