As many of you know, I am deeply involved in helping rescue dogs and supporting rescues. I met Joy over 10 years ago, and she is truly an exceptional human being. Joy is the founder and owner of Lion Heart Ranch and Rescue, an 501(c)(3) non-profit and she is currently caring for over 17 dogs entirely on her own, with no financial support.

Joy has been using her retirement savings to care for these dogs and has now exhausted her funds. She spends over $2,000 on medical care, food, and rehabilitation before most of these dogs are adopted. The adoption fee is only $450, which does not come close to covering the actual costs.

I am currently helping Joy build a website, which is still in the draft stage, but the need is urgent now.
