Support for Lindsey Runyan After a Devastating House Fire

Early in the morning on Friday, June 20th, a fire broke out at the home of Lindsey Runyan, a longtime Englewood resident, Executive Director of the Greater Englewood Chamber of Commerce, and communications director/dedicated volunteer with Historic Englewood.

While we are incredibly grateful that no one was injured, Lindsey’s home and many of her belongings were severely damaged. She now faces the difficult and emotional task of rebuilding her life in the aftermath.

We’re launching this fundraiser to help Lindsey with the many urgent and unexpected costs that come with such a loss, including:

• Time away from work and lost wages

• Items that can’t be replaced or covered by insurance, including personal keepsakes and everyday essentials

• Insurance deductibles and short-term recovery expenses

Lindsey has given so much to Englewood, supporting our local businesses, honoring our local history, and helping build a stronger community. Now we have the opportunity to give back and stand beside her in this challenging time.
