hello everyone,

i am organizing this gofundme for a young girl, lindsey, who just lost her mother. she is only 19 years old and is completely alone to pay rent, car insurance, bills, etc. lindsey currently works at kiddie academy as a floater teacher. she is always so happy and positive, you would never know her personal life was anything but that.

lindsey’s entire life, it was just her and her mom, Annmarie. when lindsey was around 8 years old her mother became very sick and lindsey soon became her caretaker. about a year ago annmarie had open heart surgery. that surgery was the beginning of her decline. from then on she was in and out of doctor’s appointments and hospital visits. then just before summer of 2025 annmarie was hospitalized and unfortunately was never able to recover. lindsey stayed by her mother’s side until her last breath, taken on 11/20/25

lindsey now has to prepare for life going forward. this money is going towards setting lindsey up for success. i want her to be able to have a few months rent saved up, a few months of car insurance and whatever else to help her stay afloat so she doesn’t have to worry during this difficult time in her life.
