Thank you for taking the time to listen to my story. My name is Lindsey and I am a single mom of three children. I work as a waitress to make sure I have a good income with fewer hours of being away from home. I’m 43 years old.
Recently, I have been dealing with some complications, and it landed me in the ER. With that being said, they found a couple of things that need to be addressed pretty quickly, but it wasn’t urgent enough to admit me. They said I have a 1.6cm cyst on my brain. I do not have medical coverage, and with the government shutdown, I just lost my SNAP benefits for November. In Texas, if you make over $250.00 a month, you cannot be given Medicaid. I will need to do my best to find a sliding scale clinic or something of that nature. They also found some abnormalities on my ECG called. Right Bundle Branch Block.
At the moment, I am not able to work. The symptoms I am having also make it not very safe for me to be driving. I do not like asking for this kind of help, but if I do not, things will get worse, and I cannot do this alone. I’m grateful for the support and prayers. If all you can send is prayers, please do that.
