Please help my wife get much needed treatment

Lindsay, my lovely wife, has been dealing with multiple illnesses and their treatments for over 20 years. She has been diagnosed with OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), Anxiety, Depression, Asperger's, BPD (borderline personality disorder), SPD (sensory processing disorder), complex PTSD (complex post-traumtic stress disorder), and an undiagnosed sleeping disorder. In addition to dealing with all of these illnesses and their symptoms, Lindsay has had to deal with failed medications and their side effects, failed treatments, mistreatments and misdiagnosis worsening her symptoms over time. She also had bariatric surgery over a year ago and is still having complications that does not allow her to eat and drink without severe pain. She also has had stomach attacks requiring hospitalization multiple times.

Despite having insurance and doing research on each and every doctor, treatment and medication beforehand, we still face a mountain of debt. With an out of network trauma clinician that we will be seeing in the near future and very likely exploratory surgery for her severe stomach issues, we are in great need of funds to cover her treatment. 

Due to Lindsay's worsening conditions and the intensity of the various diseases, she has attempted suicide on more than one occasion. With options becoming  more and more scarce, her situation is urgent and desperate.
