Help Lindsay take off work for IMPORTANT SURGERY

Hi my name is Jenn and I’m helping Lindsay raise money for an emergency surgery she desperately needs. She has been putting this off for way too long and now it’s gotten so bad she has to have a major surgery. She works 7 days a week and is the best mama in the world! She will need to be off work at least 4 weeks so she won’t be getting paid during this time. She is a single mom and needs this income to pay rent and feed her kids.

Lindsay has been dealing with severe anxiety (or what she thought was anxiety) for 15 years. She started having palpitations and resting heart rate of 190-200 bpm so they placed a heart monitor on. Couldn’t pinpoint what it was so that’s when She had bloodwork done a year in a half ago. Was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism (a condition where the thyroid gland produces too much thyroid hormone) They put her on a medication called methimazole. They can’t get her levels stabilized and the medication is only supposed to be used for a year. Radiation was the only other treatment but it made her too sick to continue treatment. Her thyroid has enlarged and grown from the disease and it’s hard for her to swallow and breathe while laying down. She is losing her hair, very sensitive to heat, and rapid heart rate all day long. Her levels are dangerously high so she will have to have a Total thyroidectomy. She Will be on a hormone therapy the rest of her life.
