Hey everyone!! Lindsay here. It’s officially been a year of me fighting stage 4 cancer. ✌️

From the bottom of my heart, I cannot thank you all enough who gave this last year and for the never-ending support in my life.

What has this past year looked like? Well, I have been doing treatments every other week. I’ve had quite a few hospital stays as well due to sickness and other issues that have popped up. Unlike Hilton, UC doesn’t offer rewards points and free stays every 10th night or have a rewards program for frequent stays hah

But praise God, the tumors decrease a little in size each time I receive a quarterly scan!

That being said, my nausea has been debilitating.

For the time being, I’m doing week-long in-patient hospital treatments. I’ll stay at the hospital for a week then go home for a week, back and forth.

The exit plan for the cancer might include other treatment options. Stay tuned.

To not have to worry about my living expenses has been such a HUGE blessing to say the least!!

I’ve also been able to enjoy some fun things as well… a handful of concerts and trips and such. You’ve probably seen me in several coffee shops like other millennials girls… maintaining my will to fight another day, one iced coffee at a time.

I still work a couple shifts a week, on my feet 8 hours at a time, which is about as much my body allows.

If you can imagine, my part time job doesn’t quite cover… all those nights at the hospital.

My expenses are minimal but funds are low and I’m in need of a new car!! Mine is on the fritz.

I’m also dreaming of being able to hit some more bucket list items and maybe enjoy some future trips as well! Feel free to let me know if you would like to give specifically to my “fun fund”

You better believe I’m gonna keep on fighting this with every last hair I’ve got on my body!!
