Most of us know Lindsay as a strong and inspiring GoodLife Fitness instructor, a loving wife, a devoted mother to her two children and an active church member. She has always been someone who motivates others, brings energy into every room, and shows up for the people in her life with strength and kindness. One thing she stands out with is her incredible strength!

Now, Lindsay is facing the fight of her life and need all of our support!

Over half a year ago Lindsay shared with us that she was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer (adenocarcinoma). A few months later she underwent surgery to remove a cancerous tumour, hoping it would be a turning point. Sadly, the results were not what everyone had hoped for, and the cancer has since metastasized.

Following her surgery, Lindsay was given a difficult and discouraging prognosis. The treatment options presented to her in Canada were limited, and the outlook she received was dim. The recommended path came with the possibility of severe side effects and long-term complications, without the reassurance of a lasting recovery.

Determined to fight for more time, more options, and a better quality of life, Lindsay began researching alternatives. After extensive research, she has chosen to pursue treatment at Envita Medical Center in Arizona.

Envita focuses on precision oncology—an advanced, personalized approach to cancer care. Their team uses detailed genetic and molecular testing to design individualized treatment plans tailored specifically to each patient’s cancer. This approach aims to target the disease more precisely, while minimizing unnecessary treatments and side effects.

For Lindsay, this represents hope as she is facing a high risk of recurrence, and she is determined to do everything she can to prevent that from happening. She’s fighting not only for herself, but for her family—so they never have to go through this nightmare again.

Unfortunately, this opportunity comes with a significant financial burden. The costs of treatment at Envita, along with travel, accommodations, and time away from work, are substantial and not covered by the healthcare system.
