Help Lindsay and Baby Overcome Pregnancy Crisis

Hello everyone!

My cousin and his family are suffering, and are in need of some serious support as they go through the struggles that no parent ever wants to go through. I ask that you please pray for them most of all, but please also put the hammer where the nail is - donate to help them. Even if it's a few bucks, anything helps. Daniel just went full time as a small business owner with a coffee business, and as a small business, many times they don't make much money for many years. Attached is his last facebook post of what is going on as of May 16, 2025.

Hey everyone,

I’m reaching out to ask for your prayers for something very personal and really important to us.

As many of you know, my wife Lindsay and I are expecting our second child — a baby girl due on October 9th. Until recently, everything was progressing smoothly. A couple of weeks ago, Lindsay began experiencing some bleeding. We immediately went to the doctor for extra ultrasounds. At the time, they reassured us that the baby looked fine, and we were told that bleeding can be common in pregnancy (up to 30% in first trimester)

But this past Tuesday night, things escalated. Around 1AM, Lindsay suffered a massive hemorrhage, and we rushed to the ER. She was admitted immediately, and a series of urgent ultrasounds followed. A critical neonatal specialist reviewed everything and shared some incredibly difficult news:

• Our baby girl is now measuring in the 4th percentile for growth

• There’s fluid around her heart

• There is very low amniotic fluid

• All signs point to placental abruption and early onset fetal growth restriction

He told us that based on all of these factors, there is currently only a 20% chance of survival. And even if she does survive, there are high risks for serious complications not just for the baby, but also for Lindsay, who is at risk of further hemorrhaging and possibly needing emergency interventions, including a transfusion.

To say we are heartbroken is an understatement. But we also know that God is the Great Physician, and He is more than able to make a miracle out of our daughter. We are clinging to that hope with everything in us and asking for your prayers for healing, protection, and peace.
