Help Linda secure legal representation

Hi,

I'm Linda, and back in 2019, I lent money to a former friend so that he could secure a down payment on a house. He promised, in writing, to pay me back, with detailed payment schedule and after a traumatizing event that led to me no longer wanting to pursue the friendship, started paying me back.

 

In November 2021, he stopped making payments, blocked me, and has not responded to any requests to continue his payments as promised.

 

In order to get what I am owed, I unfortunately have to pursue this case via the legal system.

 

I had left my job before the pandemic to pursue an independent venture, but COVID19 has affected my plans, and as a single parent who splits custody, and has two autoimmune disorders, my mental health, and physical well-being have significantly been impacted. I am also an immigrant who has been living in the United States on her own with no family or security net, and though it pains me to ask for help from strangers, I am left with no choice but to pursue this avenue.

I am also open to remote job opportunities in the data and financial analytics industry, community organizing, and community outreach industries.
