Community service leader, Linda Kaye Rogers, needs our help!
Last week, Linda experienced everyone's worst nightmare:
A fox infected with rabies attacked her on her own front porch in Woodcreek North, biting her and causing her to fall and break her shoulder.
She is being treated for rabies, but is incapacitated due to her dominant arm being out of commission.
She is in great need of help from the community, especially around the house, and to get her some quick and easy meals for this long healing process. We are raising money to help her afford the help she needs!
After years and years of being so generous with her time and attention, it's time to call on that karma and support Linda Kaye!
Linda's time in Wimberely has been spent as a career volunteer - from serving on the Hays Trinity Groundwater District, her support as a board member of Katherine Ann Porter School, to her deep involvement at the Methodist Church collecting donations for migrants and the homeless.
She believes that in supporting the mission of the groundwater district, and the people in western Hays County who are dependent on the aquifer can maintain their water and property rights, their property values, and the special lifestyle that comes with living in the Hill Country.
In her time as a psychotherapist, she's been a listening ear and support to thousands of clients over the years.
Please donate what you can and share with anyone with a big heart for these issues!
