Hi everyone, I'm Lincy! I have been part of the Shepherd Band and Color Guard program for 3 years and am one of the 2026 co-captains as I enter my junior year of high school. I am incredibly honored to have earned a contract and to spend my summer training and touring with Guardians Drum Corps. Even better, I'll be touring alongside my co-captain and one of my best friends, Alli. As far as we know, we are the first from the Shepherd Band and Color Guard to be offered a contract and to be touring with a drum corps!

Being part of a drum corps has been a dream of mine since I first picked up a flag. This opportunity means the world to me, and I am ready to spend the summer learning from the best in the marching arts. The camp will help me shape my body, mind, and soul to perform at a high level, and I hope to bring back everything I learn to inspire and support my fellow students at Shepherd. However, the tuition is a significant financial challenge for a high school student like myself, and I can't do this alone.
