Hello we are friends of Lincoln and we are creating this fundraiser on behalf of our close friends Lucas Stecker and Kat Tomlinson along with their amazingly strong son, Lincoln.

Just days before what should’ve been a joyful 13th birthday, Lincoln received devastating news: he has a brain tumor that requires emergency surgery. What was supposed to be a week of celebration has turned into one of fear of the unknown, admission to Boston Children’s , and heartbreaking uncertainty as they navigate this fluid situation.

Lincoln is an extraordinary kid. He’s thoughtful, funny, and full of curiosity. One of the strongest kids you’ve ever met, which you are about to see! He enjoys playing miniature golf, collecting turtle and monkey stuffies, listening to audiobooks about U.S. History and kicking butt at a game of chess.

Now, Lincoln urgently needs life-saving brain surgery, and his family is overwhelmed with emotions. Even with insurance, the costs of surgery, hospital care, recovery, medication, hotels, back and forth trips to Boston daily, unexpected absences from work are massive. Let’s rally to ease some of this burden so the family can focus on the only thing that matters at this point, being side by side with their son.

This week was supposed to be about Lincoln’s 13th birthday — a milestone he’s been excited for. Let’s give him something even more meaningful: the power of family and a community.
