My name is Lime, I am a trans masc 33 year old in Durham NC. I have been trying to get top surgery for 2 years, my surgery date is 7/8.

My insurance told me it was pending review and I had also been told it is not uncommon to hear approval in the last hour. But I was reassured the whole way.

Unfortunately in the final hour on 7/7 they declined any help. I now owe the full amount at the last minute- I will be out 10k and would greatly appreciate any and all help.
