Just after giving birth, Lily faced life-threatening complications, suffering from uncontrollable bleeding resulting in multiple surgeries and resuscitations that required her to be emergency transported to a hospital in San Antonio, Texas. Lily is now stable and reunited with her baby girl, after fighting bravely for her life.

Lily is a cherished long-time employee of Fat Ass Winery, known for her kindness, dedication, and unwavering spirit. Now, she is facing several months of recovery, unable to work, while Pedro must take time off to care for their newborn daughter.
