I've created this GoFundMe for my sister, Lillian, whose Altadena home was devastatingly lost in the Eaton Canyon fire on Wednesday January 8th. Her and her partner moved into their beloved home in 2021 that they've happily shared with their two dogs. Though we are grateful they were all able to evacuate safely in time, we are devastated at this enormous loss they have suffered as they were unable to take any of their belongings. During this time of transition and uncertainty, I hope this fund will be able to recover some of their most essential needs that have been lost.

My sister proudly grew up and spent most of her life in South Gate, CA. She has lived in the Pasadena/Altadena area for the past 7 years and is a place she's loved to call her new home. She served as an LAUSD teacher’s assistant, substitute teacher, and continues to participate in career day when she’s able to. Now she continues providing services to the most underserved communities in the Southeast Los Angeles area as a mental health occupational therapist. She is dedicated to her family and is a huge source of support for us all. Now we hope to be able to support her in the same way she has tirelessly helped others. Thank you!
