Hi, my name's Lily, I'm currently in a really tough bind... this past weekend I was in a car accident that left my car with some heavy damage, and unfortunately my insurance won't cover it. I had it towed to a repair shop and they gave me an estimate of repairs to be $3,345 in costs. This is just what they considered the bare minimum, cutting as many corners as they can. I currently work a delivery job, so my source of income is at a standstill without my car. I already live paycheck to paycheck and struggle to keep up with my existing bills and rent, and I already had to pay an unnecessary amount of around $350 for towing which was essentially forced upon me since the officer at the accident refused to let me call AAA to have it towed which would have had me covered. I don't even have anyone around who can give me rides, so the only way I can get around is either walking or taking Ubers/Lyfts, which I can't afford very often. I'm not normally one to ask for money, I've been trying my absolute best to keep up and stay afloat, but right now I'm sinking and I honestly don't know what to do and I have very little options.
