My name is Karla, and I am reaching out for help for my 7-year-old daughter, Lily. Lily has always been a sweet and resilient child, and like many kids, she found comfort in sucking her thumb. Unfortunately, this habit has caused her teeth to shift a lot, and her doctor now recommends that she get early braces to prevent further dental issues. As a parent, it’s heartbreaking to see her struggle, and I want to do everything I can to support her health and happiness.
Getting braces at this stage will not only help Lily stop her daily thumb-sucking, but it will also straighten her teeth, boost her confidence, and relieve the pain she’s been feeling. I know that early intervention can make a huge difference for her future, and I want to give her the best chance at a healthy, happy smile. However, as I am currently working part-time and going to school full-time, I am struggling to cover the cost of her treatment on my own. I’m a single parent and Lily only has me to depend on. Her father can not work and can’t provide and support in any way.
I would really appreciate any help from family, friends, or anyone who feels moved to support Lily’s journey. Your kindness will make a lasting impact on her life, and I promise to pay it forward and support others in need when I am able. Thank you so much for considering our story and for any support you can offer.
