Help Lily Fund Her Mental Health Recovery

I am a 25 year old transgender woman who had made an attempt on my life on the night of June 11th. Thankfully, I was unsuccessful in that attempt due to the quick actions of my three best friends.

After some research, I have come to the conclusion that the Huntsman Mental Health Institute's Young Adult Comprehensive Assessment and Treatment (YA CAT) program will be the best course of action for myself.

The only bad part of this program is that it is 100% self-paid, and cannot be covered by insurance. That is why I have come here for support.

Breakdown of costs: The cost per day is $1550. This includes all boarding, meals, psychiatrist appointments solo, group and family therapy appointments, and medications needed during my stay. The average time spent in the program is 5-8 weeks. The day before starting the program, they collect 3 weeks worth of payments, equating to $32,550.

The program is only as long as the providers deem necessary, and will not hold me any extra time. Any amount of days I will have paid for will be refunded upon my exit of the program. And if I do make the goal that has been set here, and do not use the entire sum of money donated, I will donate the rest to the YA CAT program to hopefully help someone else that may be going through these kinds of trials.
