Help Lily Ann with her Care
Donation protected
Hi everyone, my name is Shelbi, and I am reaching out to you for help with my beloved 7-year-old cat, Lily Ann. Lily Ann has been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and kidney disease, and she needs ongoing medical care to live a healthy and happy life.
I found Lily Ann as a stray a few years ago. She wandered up to my doorstep and after feeding her for awhile, I knew that I had to give her a home when no one claimed her after my attempts to find her owner and she wasn't microchipped.
Last year, Lily Ann was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I began her treatment immediately, and she responded well for a while. However, despite my best efforts and the vets, her condition has now progressed to kidney disease. It’s been hard and heartbreaking to say the least.
Just to give a little overview of what she has:
Hyperthyroidism and kidney disease are serious conditions that require continuous medical attention, including regular vet visits, medications, specialized diets, and sometimes even emergency treatments. Despite my best efforts, the costs of her care have become overwhelming.
The Costs:
Regular vet check-ups: $75 per visit
Medications: $42 per month
Special diet food: $186 per month
Emergency treatments: $300 per incident
Additional tests and treatments: $233
Any amount you can contribute will make a significant difference in her life. Your donation will go directly towards her ongoing treatments, medications, and special diet, ensuring she gets the best care possible.
I am incredibly grateful for any support you can provide, whether it's a donation or simply sharing her story with others. Lily Ann means the world to me, and with your help, I hope to give her many more years of love and happiness.
Thank You:
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to read this. Your kindness and generosity mean everything.
With heartfelt thanks,
Shelbi and Lily Ann
