Our sweet Lilo needs our help!

Our Lilo’s sweet husband, Herb, passed away last week, and she needs our help. 

The purpose of this fund is to allow Lilo the time to stay home and grieve and to be amongst their belongings so she can be surrounded by him for as long as she needs.

Lilo still works as a Foodie at Central Market and is on her feet over 8hrs per day. We don’t want her to have to return to  work at her advanced age (she’s in her mid 80’s!) in the throes of grief and in ill health because she cannot pay her bills otherwise. It isn’t right- she deserves BETTER.

Lilo is a very proud woman, so I would appreciate not sharing this fund with her until it is over, and the funds can be given to her. I’m afraid if she knows about it, she will make me take it down. 

If you know her, you know she is selfless and takes care of those around her. She is loved by all who know her, and although we have not worked together in years, she still remains close to my family’s heart. 

Please do what you can to help her! You know she would do everything in her power to help you if you needed it!
