Hi! I'm Lilly and I've had lyme disease since November 2017. I've been paying the costs of the medicine out of pocket since then, but I've used all of my savings and paychecks and have nothing left. I saw an Llmd who has prescribed a course of treatment that will be around $5,000. I can save up 2k but I need help with the rest if I'm going to be able to get better anytime soon. 

This lyme disease has taken me out of work on and off for years, and I'm only able to do half of what I used to be able. Please help if you're able to, it means the world to me! Thank you so much,
