I’m graduating college this June with a degree in Health and Exercise Science. I have decided to take a gap year to travel before continuing my education in university.

From June 16th to August 30th, I will be serving at The Mission at Carmen Serdán in Baja California, Mexico. I will have the opportunity to show the love of Jesus to disabled children through my care. This is a discipleship program for young adults. I feel called to explore my relationship with Christ in this way and am excited for the friendship and growth that will come from this experience. The program costs $1,500.

After summer in Mexico, I plan to return to the Rogue Valley for the fall and work, work, work!

From December 18th to February 20th, I will be in Europe! My friend and I will be backpacking through multiple countries and staying in hostels. I’m looking forward to seeing the world and meeting new people. This has been a dream of mine for a while, and the excitement is real! Any money raised beyond $1,500 will be used for funding my Europe trip.

This next chapter of life is exciting as I will be challenging myself in new ways. I have faith that through my hard work and the generosity of you all, finances will not be a barrier that inhibits my dreams of travel and desire to serve from coming true.
