Her employer was supposed to help her with her tax arrangements, but they didn't. This resulted in Lilliane not being entitled to certain benefits, which she therefore had to repay.

Even though this wasn't her fault, she took responsibility for selling her phone and laptop to pay the bill. However, she was scammed during the sale; the person who "bought" them from her paid her with fake banknotes.

This has resulted in Lilliane now being in double trouble.
