My daughter, Lillian Chamblis, has always been determined to make a difference in the lives of others. Throughout high school, she’s been deeply involved in both color guard and agricultural programs, participating in competitions and showing a lamb every year. These experiences have taught her responsibility, teamwork, and leadership—qualities she hopes to pass on as an agricultural teacher and color guard coach. Lillian’s dream is to return to the very school that inspired her and help future students find their own paths, just as her teachers and coaches did for her.
Lillian has always led with positivity and kindness, no matter what challenges she’s faced. Her resilience, critical thinking, and willingness to support others have made her a leader among her peers. She’s even taking college algebra classes to prepare for her future.
As a single parent working as a waitress, I want nothing more than to give Lillian the chance to live on campus and fully experience college life when she graduates next May. With my own student loans still weighing on us, I’m reaching out for help to cover the costs of tuition, dorm fees, and other essentials. Your support will help Lillian take the next step toward her dream of teaching and coaching, and will make a lasting impact on her life and the lives of the students she hopes to inspire.
